What actually happened when we tested it
Asked a fatigue safety-factor question in plain chat. The AI's own written answer said 3.38. The independent verification engine recomputed it separately and got 2.53, the AI had forgotten to apply the stress concentration factor. Caught before it mattered.
Ran a drawing review, then asked for an FMEA, then a tolerance stack-up, all in the same thread. The FMEA cited the exact defects the drawing review flagged. The stack-up reused the same bore numbers. Zero re-uploading, zero re-explaining.
